Free Australia-wide shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order within Australia. International shipping is available at checkout for select destinations.

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery time

Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. As a general guide:

• Australia: 5 to 8 business days.
• Australia (regional / remote): please allow a few extra business days.
• International: confirmed at checkout; typically 10 to 20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@mokofomo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our fulfilment partner to replace your order or refund you in full.

Address accuracy

We cannot be responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
