Products
We strive for accurate descriptions, pricing and imagery, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refund affected orders. Stock is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.
Pricing
- All prices in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment
Payment is required at checkout via the methods displayed (card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.). We use Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant processors. We do not store full card details.
Health and safety
- The Redermis LED Mask is a personal-care device, not a medical device.
- We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Results vary between individuals.
- If you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, thyroid conditions, are pregnant, or take photosensitising medications, consult your doctor before use.
Intellectual property
All website content (copy, images, design, code) is owned by Redermis unless otherwise noted. Don't reproduce or repurpose without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your rights under the ACL.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
