How long until I see results?

Most users notice glow and improved tone within 7 to 10 days. Visible reduction in fine lines and pigmentation typically appears at the 4 to 8 week mark with consistent daily use.
Is it safe? Are there side effects?

The mask uses non-thermal, non-UV light. The included eye-protection patches block direct light exposure to the eyes. If you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, thyroid conditions, are pregnant, or take photosensitising medications, consult your doctor before use.
Does it use infrared?

No. This mask works in the visible spectrum: red 630 nm, green 520 nm and blue 460 nm, targeted at the skin layers where fine lines, tone and congestion live. We designed it around gentle, consistent daily dosing rather than maximum intensity: photobiomodulation research shows results come from the right dose repeated, not the strongest device. Deeper-penetrating near-infrared is on our roadmap for a future Redermis device.
How often should I use it?

For best results: ten minutes per session, three to five sessions per week, for at least four weeks. Daily use is safe.
Can I use it with my serums and treatments?

Yes. Apply to clean skin: light penetrates more effectively without sunscreen, makeup or thick occlusive products. After your session, your skin is primed to absorb actives. Compatible with retinoids, vitamin C, peptides, AHAs and most prescription topicals.
How long does the battery last?

1200 mAh internal battery. 4 to 5 hours to full charge via USB-C. Each charge supports 1 to 2 hours of active use, or 6 to 12 sessions. Auto-timer ends each session at 10 minutes.
How do I clean it?

Wipe the silicone surface with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid submerging the device in water. The silicone is non-porous and easy to clean.
